Technical Supplement 6

Codebase, Production Pipeline & Scientific Replication Guide

Open-Source Replication Protocol • 13 Diagnostic Test Gates (T1–T13)

Scientific integrity in long-term AI policy forecasting requires complete reproducibility. Rather than relying on black-box commercial models or proprietary parameters, every equation, parameter distribution, and quantile calculation in AI 2035 is open-sourced under permissive licenses.

This supplement serves as a step-by-step replication protocol. An independent researcher can clone the codebase, initialize the fixed deterministic seed (seed = 42), execute the 800,000-sample production pipeline, and verify all 13 automated diagnostic test gates within 45 seconds on standard 8-core hardware.

Deterministic Replication Guarantee: Using Python 3.10+ and standard NumPy/SciPy libraries, running python final_headline_run.py 800000 42 deterministically reproduces every single median (\(\text{p}_{50}\)) and quantile boundary (\(\text{p}_{10}, \text{p}_{90}\)) published in the scenario report and website down to four decimal places.

1. Quick-Start Replication Protocol

To replicate the simulation results in a clean local environment:

Bash / Terminal CLI
# 1. Clone the open-source repository
git clone https://github.com/KamikazeCodr/2035-ai.git
cd 2035-ai

# 2. Install minimal scientific dependencies (zero heavy frameworks required)
pip install numpy scipy pypdf

# 3. Execute the 13 automated diagnostic test gates
python tests.py

# 4. Run the production 800,000-sample calibrated Monte Carlo engine
python final_headline_run.py 800000 42 final_results.json

# 5. Execute parameter sensitivity decomposition
python run_sensitivity.py

2. The 13 Diagnostic Automated Test Gates

To prevent unphysical artifacts, distribution leaks, or runaway simulation tails, the production pipeline enforces 13 formal diagnostic test gates:

Gate Validation Rule Mathematical Assertion Status
T-01 Monotonic Baseline Drift \(L_{\text{base}}(t+1) > L_{\text{base}}(t) \quad \forall t \in [2024, 2035]\) PASSED
T-02 Non-Negative Increment \(\Delta L_{\text{AI}}(t) \ge 0 \quad \forall \text{ samples } m\) PASSED
T-03 Parameter Boundary Limits \(\theta_i \in [\text{prior}_{\min}, \text{prior}_{\max}] \quad \forall P_{01} \dots P_{45}\) PASSED
T-04 2024 Anchor Exactness \(L_{\text{total}}(2024) = \$440\text{B} \pm 0.5\%\) PASSED
T-05 Sector Identity Sum \(L_{\text{total}}(t) = \sum_{s} L_s(t)\) PASSED
T-06 Plan P vs. Plan C Separation \(L_{\text{total, Plan P}}(2035) > L_{\text{total, Plan C}}(2035)\) PASSED
T-07 Shock Covariance Positive Definiteness \(\det(\mathbf{\Sigma}) > 0, \quad \text{eigenvalues} > 0\) PASSED
T-08 Monte Carlo Tail Stability \(\text{Var}_{4\text{-seed}}(p_{99}) < 1.4\%\) PASSED
T-09 AI Dominance Horizon Check 44% of simulated 2035 worlds exhibit \(\Delta L_{\text{AI}} > 0.50 L_{\text{total}}\) PASSED
T-10 Incrementality Clipping \(P_{33} \le 0.60\) enforced across all draws PASSED
T-11 Compute Shock Recovery Lag \(t_{1/2} \ge 4.0\text{ years}\) for Taiwan fab recovery in Plan C PASSED
T-12 Global Real GDP Ceiling \(L_{\text{total}}(t) \le \$3,450\text{B} \times (1.03)^{t - 2025} \quad \forall m\) PASSED
T-13 Simulation Runtime Benchmark \(T_{\text{run}}(800\text{k samples}) < 45.0\text{ seconds on 8 cores}\) PASSED (41.8s)

Core Research Philosophy

All models are designed to be reproducible, empirical, and falsifiable. I do not claim deterministic foresight into 2035, but rather provide a structured computational scaffolding that explicitly separates verified empirical observations from probabilistic bounds and geopolitical assumptions.
